Your Initial Consultation on Zoom will include a discussion of your health and wellness goals, a posture assessment and True Self coaching tools and techniques. You'll also be given some exercises to support your body's alignment needs.

After this, you'll experience your first private Spinal Flow session. From there, you're welcome to join Spinal Flow groups or continue with private sessions.
